Eat less meat- I’ve been saying this for years!

I was delighted to read the story called Eat less meat: UN climate change report calls for change to human diet (1.)

I encourage all my fat loss clients to go vegetarian or preferably vegan. Those who do all- without exception- report a very rapid, very safe, loss of excess body fat with a massive improvement in health and energy.

The simple reason being that every time you eat meat you are consuming animal fat. There is no way around that.

Eliminating meat from your diet is the safest, most affordable, fastest and most environmentally safe method to get rid of excess body fat.

Anytime you eat meat you are exposing yourself to DASH.

Diseases. If that animal had any diseases you are exposing yourself to them- that includes cancer.

Antibiotics which can really mess you up.

Steriods

Hormones

The last two can cause all sorts of growths in your body.

As well as that in the land and resources it takes to feed one meat eater you can feed at least 10 meat eaters.

So ditch the meat and go vegetarian.
