George Galloway has helped keep Labour out of power.
Last night I saw a video that gave me a warm feeling. Labour is running high in the polls. More of that later.
However yesterday George Galloway announced he was putting up 500 candidates at the next general election. George Galloway is so left wing he makes Jeremy Corbyn — the former leader of the Labour party look like Margaret Thatcher! He’s more left wing than Lenin!
Speaking as someone who lives in a part of the UK called The Socialist Republic of South Yorkshire this is very pleasing. This will split the Labour vote and make room for the Reform Party to take over. There are many in the Socialist Republic of South Yorkshire and other such places who believe Keir Starmer is Rishi Sunak in red colours and has sold out on Labour principles to get into power.
In 1991 there was the Walton by-election in Liverpool. Now in that part of the world you can pin a Labour red rose onto a donkey and people will vote for it. However there was a candidate running under “Real Labour.” The Labour candidate got in but with a much reduced majority. The conservatives did token campaigning because they knew the’t never get elected in Walton.
This will split the Labour vote and help keep Labour out for another generation.
